Whether you're having a small or large wedding reception, a guest seating chart is always a great way to add some
spice to your reception decor! Items like this look great when they are a larger print. Sized 24" x 36" is a great size and the larger the better! You can get them printed 30" x 42" too! If you prefer a little smaller, then I recommend 18" x 24". Seating charts can be mounted on thick light weight foam board (white or black) OR they can be placed into a simple poster frame or an extravagant gilded and embellished picture frame. Usually placed at the entry way of the reception area or dining area, these fun and colorful seating charts are bound to catch the eyes of all your guests! These functional pieces of art serve as directional and informational signage. They make it easy for your guests to find their seats and tables. Nothing is worst than having a bunch of people wondering around the reception area, trying to glance at each place card to find their names! You can also have the dinner menu placed on the seating chart as well. This information is usually centered on the chart.
